Relevant to the Director of Development, Digital Platform, you will actively contribute to the design, development, and optimization of robust, modular, and scalable cloud solutions:

1. Actively participate in delivering stories and ensuring smooth sprint processes
2. Collaborate during needs refinement sessions and Agile/Scrum meetings
3. Analyze, design, and develop requested solutions
4. Participate in design, code, and security reviews
5. Contribute to application architecture discussions and continuous improvement of development processes
6. Produce and maintain technical documentation (API, integration processes, etc.)
7. Ensure stability, security, and performance of delivered solutions
8. Have knowledge of cloud integration models (API, events, middleware, etc.)
9. Possess solid experience in Java and RESTful API development
10. Have 10 years of experience in software development in distributed or microservices-oriented environments
11. Understand security, performance, and scalability challenges
12. Be autonomous, rigorous, and a good team player
13. Master French, both spoken and written, and have functional English to participate in some projects
14. Experience or strong interest in Salesforce environment (Apex, LWC, CPQ) is a plus
15. Experience with generative artificial intelligence tools to enhance productivity, code quality, and documentation is a plus
16. Availability on a monthly basis for 24/7 application support rotation (additional compensation applies)
