Brandt Developments Ltd. is currently seeking a Developments Dispatcher for its Regina, SK, location. This role is responsible for dispatching building operations staff as well as third-party vendors to conduct quality repairs, maintenance, and new equipment installations. The role also involves customer follow-up by responding to service requests in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring work is completed within designated timeframes, and establishing accurate billing prior to payment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate, order, schedule, and receive work of building maintenance vendors and personnel.
- Assist with processing accounts payable and receivable and contact vendors as needed.
- Complete accurate and timely data entry, maintaining quality controls at Brandt’s standards.
- Develop problem-solving and project management skills, maintain confidentiality, and utilize active listening to assess urgency and respond professionally.
- Identify deficiencies related to Brandt standards and collaborate with relevant parties to resolve them.
- Manage general requests for information, understand property history, and develop expertise in databases and records.
- Oversee workflow and database software to dispatch and report on facility maintenance services across Canada.
- Ensure all decision-making follows standard operating procedures and business processes.
- Promote a safe working environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Certification or experience in HVAC, plumbing, or electrical trades is an asset.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; post-secondary administrative or office education is preferred.
- 3-5 years’ experience in real estate, property management/maintenance, or dispatching.
- Preference for bilingual candidates in English and French.
