  • to join our team and make a real difference in the community. This role involves providing person-centered support that promotes independence, inclusion, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with daily living needs including personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation
  • Facilitate social, recreational, and skill-building activities
  • Advocate for client rights and support community integration
  • Implement behavior support plans and follow health / safety protocols
  • Accurately document care plans, progress reports, and incidents
  • Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other professionals

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Developmental Services Work (or equivalent human services program)
  • Valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities is preferred
