Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre in Mississauga is seeking a strategic Development Manager to drive growth and partnerships. You will lead a small team and manage the full business development lifecycle from strategy to signed contracts.
Reporting to the Executive Director, you will shape DBNC's growth, build relationships across sectors, and develop a strong pipeline with measurable targets and KPIs. This is an in-person, 35-hour per week role.
Position: Development Manager
Reports To: Executive Director
Work Hours: 35 hours - in person
Rate of Pay: $75,000 - $80,000 annually
Employment Term: 3-year contract with possibility of extension.

DBNC is looking for a strategic and outward-facing Development Manager to lead our growth efforts. This senior role is for someone who thrives on relationship-building, sharp analysis, and leading a small team through the full business development lifecycle from strategy to signed contracts
You will report to the Executive Director, and work closely with Senior Directors, and our marketing team to shape where DBNC grows next, and turn that vision into a strong, well-managed pipeline.
Salary range $75,000 - $80,000.
