Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree with interest in finance and project development.
• Strong financial/analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Adept at financial modeling with Excel.
• English language proficiency in written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential development projects for EllisDon Community Builders, including building financial models and feasibility reports.
• Research national housing market data and financing opportunities for affordable housing and related sectors.
• Apply valuation tools to assess development opportunities for clients.
• Support project administration across all phases, including meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Assist with client negotiations and documentation; prepare client presentations and underwriting memos.
• Support the team’s business development strategy.
