Reporting to the Director of IT, this role combines hands‑on technical leadership with people management—guiding the team on best practices and technical direction while driving the modernization of legacy monolithic systems into modern, API‑driven services. The successful candidate is a strong communicator and self‑starter who leverages AI tools to work efficiently and elevate team productivity.
