The Copilot Studio Developer will design, build, and evolve Copilot and agentic AI solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll pair strong prompt engineering and agent development skills with excellent consulting chops, translating business needs into robust, secure agents and copilots built in Microsoft Copilot Studio, grounded in our Azure ecosystem (Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, data/connectors), and delivered in partnership with our platform admins and business stakeholders.
While this role is primarily focused on building AI solutions on Microsoft and Azure technologies, it also offers opportunities to extend solutions across other tools and platforms (e.g., AWS, SAP Joule, ACC AI Components, and more) to meet diverse business needs.
This role sits in the AI team, partnering closely with business units for requirements and adoption while leveraging centralized platform governance and infrastructure for safe, scalable delivery.

The expected salary range for this role is $80,000-$115,000 per year
Individual pay is determined based on several factors, including work location, education, experience, unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may includecertifications, specialized training, and the complexity or scope of the role.
