Job Summary:
The Developer will be joining a team that is responsible for maintaining and enhancing a bespoke ERP system. The ideal candidate will have experience with C#, EF Core, MS-SQL, ASP.NET and Blazor technologies and have worked in an Agile environment. This hands-on role requires someone who is not only technically proficient but also analytical, detail-oriented and embraces a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop software applications using ASP.NET, Blazor, .NET Core, and SQL Server.
2. Work with end-users to define requirements and develop software solutions.
3. Work with other developers to ensure that solutions are designed for scale and performance.
4. Participate in Agile development methodologies.
5. Actively participate in quality assurance and usability testing while maintaining established best practice standards.

Must Have Qualifications & Skills:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience developing software applications using C#, MVC, SQL Server and related tools.
3. Knowledge of business practices, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
4. Web application development experience (ASP.NET / Blazor).
5. Experience developing using .NET Entity Framework, MVC, .NET Core.
6. Knowledge of General Programming Concepts and Languages, Service Orientated Architecture and n-tier development using REST architecture.
7. Strong SQL and database technology experience (MS SQL).
8. Advanced knowledge of web technologies (HTML / CSS / jQuery / JavaScript).
9. Proficiency with Visual Studio, SSMS.
10. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

1. Web application development experience (ASP.NET / Blazor)
2. Desktop application experience (WPF)
3. Accounting knowledge
4. Mobile development (primarily Android)
5. Experience integrating with 3rd party APIs

Working Conditions:

1. Primarily office-based with extended periods of sitting and working on a computer.
