We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
You will leverage your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, demonstrating behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized customer service to meet sales and customer service targets.
Your retail and cash handling experience will be vital in conducting essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliations. Additionally, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
