Job description

We are looking for a dynamic and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the store.

You will leverage your outstanding coaching and mentoring skills to lead by example, demonstrating behaviors that inspire the sales team to deliver authentic, personalized customer service to meet sales and customer service targets.

Your retail and cash handling experience will be vital in conducting essential start and end-of-day cash reconciliations. Additionally, you will be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis.

Qualifications
  • Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
  • The ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • Previous retail operations experience, including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing, is desirable
  • Previous supervisory experience, including coaching and mentoring, is desirable
  • Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and during special events
  • Experience with retail point-of-sale software
  • Proof of right to work in the country must be provided if invited for an interview
