AutoCanada Collision Centres is thrilled to open the doors of our first Lower Mainland location – the cutting-edge Ridge Meadows Collision Centre! This brand-new, 25,000 square-foot facility is packed with the latest technology and equipment, setting the stage for exceptional repairs and top-tier customer service.

Located in Maple Ridge, and supported by three of the area's leading dealerships—Maple Ridge GM, Maple Ridge Chrysler, and Maple Ridge VW—our collision centre is ready to make a big impact on the community. We're looking for passionate, skilled professionals to join our dynamic team and help us deliver the highest quality collision repairs in the region.

Your area of focus.

A professional Detailer is responsible for cleaning, restoring, and maintaining the appearance of vehicles, both inside and out, to ensure they look their best. This will include vacuuming, shampooing and cleaning dashboard components, as well as cleaning and detailing wheels, tires, engine bays and windows.

What drives your day-to-day?

• Responsible for the detailing vehicles interior and exterior
• Perform general car detailing activities, including vacuuming, deodorizing, washing
• Ensure the exterior of cars are clean and smudge free
• Clean and polish vehicle windows
• Detailing interiors, wiping dash, vacuuming, and washing floor mats
• Apply paint sealant
• Clean and polish wheels and rims
• Use cloths, squeegees, or air compressors to dry surfaces of vehicles
• Mix cleaning solutions
• Operate cleaning equipment, or machines
• Use a variety of hand-held tools to detail the interior and exterior of cars
• Notify supervisor or appropriate technician when you notice parts of car that require repair or replacement
• Perform other repair duties as required

What are the must haves...

• High school diploma or GED
• Car detailing experience is required and experience in collision detailing is an asset
• Experience working with cleaning products and cleaning tools including power washers is an asset
• Must have a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• You must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
