Position Overview : Term : 12 months

Pay : $30.00 - $35.00 commensurate with experience.

Hours : Standard business hours

In this role you will onboard new users support existing users and troubleshoot hardware / software and permissions for users.

What youll do as the Desktop Support Technician :

  • Onboarding New Users
  • Set up new hardware (monitor keyboard mouse hub docking station).
  • Assist new hires with initial login network access and basic system orientation.
  • Onsite presence for user support experience
  • Support and maintain IT-related office infrastructure (e.g. shared printers Wi-Fi Access points)
  • Setup desks and shared workstations
  • Act as the first point of contact for walk-up IT issues
  • AV & Conference Room Support
  • Provide hands-on support for AV systems in conference rooms including Zoom Room and GVC
  • Assist with live meeting setup and real-time troubleshooting during meetings
  • Perform routine checks and maintenance of AV equipment to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Be the first point of escalation for tickets from the Tier one (10 team
  • Maintain the onsite Tech Bar
  • Provide in-person support of user issues and
  • escalations to Verily Teams as needed
  • Troubleshoot hardware software and
  • access / permissions issues
  • Troubleshoot issues with integrated systems
