Desktop Support Specialist

Contract opportunity that will start at 6 months in duration, high potential to extend

This is an "on-site", in the office position in Tillsonburg, Ontario

MUST live close to Tillsonburn, ON.

Desired skills & experience:

• Hands-on, deskside IT support for all hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of technical problems related to Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office suite, and other business applications
• Administer and support Active Directory (AD) including user and group management, password resets, and permission assignments
• Provide support for Microsoft Exchange environments, including mailbox management and basic troubleshooting
• Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components
• Identify and recommend improvements to IT processes and systems to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction

$28 - $32 per hour for an INC consultant
