Brilliant Computers is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support across enterprise desktop infrastructure. This full-time position requires deep expertise in Windows platforms, SCCM, and Active Directory, with responsibilities including troubleshooting complex issues and managing software deployments. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both French and English, hold relevant certifications, and be ready to contribute to global IT operations.
We are looking for a highly experienced and self-motivated Desktop Support Engineer who will be working Monday to Friday to provide advanced technical support across enterprise desktop infrastructure. The role requires deep expertise in Windows platforms SCCM Microsoft 365 administration Active Directory (on-prem and Azure) printer systems and a variety of enterprise IT environments. You will troubleshoot complex issues lead escalations and contribute to project delivery across global IT operations.

Compensation
4700 CAD per month. Monday to Friday
