Base pay range
CA$50,000.00/yr - CA$55,000.00/yr
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to SLAs
- Maintain ITIL processes awareness; knowledge of ServiceNow or Remedy ticketing systems
- Handle tickets/requests to troubleshoot reported problems and take necessary steps to resolve them
- Troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure process adherence
- Build and configure PCs and laptops; load software; set up applications like Outlook, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Backup
- Set up and troubleshoot printers, faxes, copiers, RF guns, or phone equipment in offices
- Track work tickets on ITIL-based systems like ServiceNow & Remedy
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and diagnose hardware/software problems
- Perform repairs on computers, laptops, handheld devices, printers, and other peripherals
- Improve and maintain customer and employee satisfaction
- Create documentation for processes and procedures
- Perform break-fix, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues; reimage computers/hard drives
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong Microsoft OS installation (Windows 7/10) and troubleshooting skills
- Experience providing hands-on support for network and datacenter equipment/devices
- Proficiency in troubleshooting MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of desktop support including hardware, software, and networking concepts
- Experience with desktops, workstations, notebooks, printers, and handhelds
- Support knowledge for iOS and Android devices
- Knowledge of Windows image build process and SCCM deployments
- Basic understanding of audio/video equipment and conference room setups
- User account creation for Active Directory, Exchange Mailboxes, and distribution lists
- Experience with remote desktop applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows native tools
- Assist end users with mobile device setup, activations, and performance issues
- Support knowledge for Blackberry, Android, and iOS devices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Good knowledge of MS Office, including MS Project and Visio
- Strong customer handling skills

Other Skills/Experience:
