Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an IT User Support professional to deliver on-site deskside support in Montreal for both office and manufacturing environments. You will diagnose hardware and software issues, manage incidents, and assist with IT projects and infrastructure improvements.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT user support, with CompTIA or Microsoft 365 experience, and a relevant IT degree or equivalent experience. The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Typically 2–5 years in IT user/support or deskside support.
• Experience in office and manufacturing environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site deskside IT support for Montreal office and manufacturing environments.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for employees.
• Log and manage incidents in ServiceNow with accurate documentation.
• Assist in installation, configuration, and upgrading PC components and software.
• Support local IT infrastructure including network switches and servers.
• Contribute to local and regional IT projects and hardware refreshes.
