Job Description:

We are currently seeking Designers for our project in Tabuk, KSA.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consistently deliver successful solutions and high-quality work for the program on time.
2. Learn new skills and stay updated on technical and design developments, applying these to improve processes and procedures.
3. Participate in evaluation and technical assessments of tenders.
4. Ideate and co-design with peers and clients in a positive, collaborative manner.
5. Present creative work to internal and client stakeholders, serving as the creative go-to person.
6. Own and manage projects with oversight from the program lead, ensuring delivery of creative output that meets standards of excellence.
7. Share knowledge with teams and mentor mid/junior designers.
8. Stay current with the latest design and technology trends.
9. Ensure high client and team satisfaction.

Background, Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and analyzing large, complex projects, preferably including assets like museums, theatres, concert halls, and arenas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical information.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Experience working with design consultancies is preferred.
• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, adaptable to unforeseen challenges.
• Experience managing multiple projects within tight deadlines and budgets.
• Knowledge of construction practices and project management principles, ideally in an international context.
• Passion for sustainable design and contributing to NEOM The Line’s vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from a renowned university.
• Professional license or membership (preferred).
