Job Description

Web Designer

Locations: Quebec, Montreal, Sherbrooke

The Web Designer works closely with the digital team, creative team, and project managers. They are responsible for creating various digital visual contents for our client companies and to meet specific agency needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop web interfaces respecting the graphic standards of clients or their initiatives;
• Create interfaces and an experience offering intuitive and ergonomic navigation, adapted for responsive design;
• Create wireframes or simple prototypes;
• Prepare, verify, and clean mockups for integration;
• Prepare materials for developers: UI guides, photos, fonts, icons, etc.;
• Ensure graphic quality throughout the production phase;
• Collaborate with the digital and design teams;
• Create newsletter templates;
• Create visuals for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.);
• Analyze web design trends;
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners;
• Perform other related tasks (logo creation, photo research, print documents, etc.);
• Design animated banners in HTML5 (a plus);
• Basic knowledge of video animation (a plus).

Profile

• DEC or BAC in Web Design, Multimedia, or relevant field;
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience (a plus);
• Good command of French (spoken and written);
• English skills (a plus);
• Project management skills (deadlines, budgets);
• Excellent content comprehension;
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite;
• Skills in Word and PowerPoint;
• Knowledge of Mailchimp and Hubspot (a plus);
• Agency experience (a plus).
