Designers support three primary store priorities: Customers First, In Stock, and Store Appearance.

Support for Customers First involves providing fast, thorough, and friendly service, which includes:

• Welcoming customers to the store
• Assessing their kitchen and/or bath project needs
• Providing showroom tours
• Setting up for kitchen and/or bath measurements
• Meeting with customers to review room designs and make purchasing recommendations

Support for In Stock includes assessing stock levels of samples and brochures and restocking them as necessary.

Support for Store Appearance involves ensuring that special order displays and showrooms create an appealing and safe shopping environment.

By supporting these priorities, Designers drive sales to meet department and store goals.
