About the Team

The Design Group at Marks is a large, diverse, and agile team of creatives. We specialize in everything from printed packaging to digital eCommerce, working across categories like food, beauty, spirits, and beyond. Whether refreshing a design, launching a new product, or creating content for the Digital Shelf, our team delivers end-to-end solutions—from one-off projects to some of the most iconic and complex private brand programs in the world.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Designer who thrives at the intersection of brand, packaging, and digital commerce. If you’re passionate about all aspects of design and eager to shape experiences across packaging and the digital shelf, this could be the role for you.

You’ll work across categories like food, beverages, spirits, health, and personal care, developing compelling design systems and assets for both physical and digital spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Create best-in-class visuals and communication for eCommerce (DTC and retailer product pages)
  • Translate briefs into creative solutions that exceed expectations
  • Apply cutting-edge eComm practices, including ADA compliance
  • Support digital content and eComm design development
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative processes
  • Build and organize presentation decks that clearly communicate design intent
  • Present work confidently and thoughtfully
  • Take ownership of project execution—ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Stay highly organized in file management and concept development
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Maintain open communication with colleagues throughout project lifecycles
  • Actively participate in agency culture and internal initiatives

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
  • 2–4+ years of experience in packaging, digital, and/or brand design
  • Experience in CPG, food, beverage, wine/spirits, or tech is preferred
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, Firefly) and collaborative tools like Miro
  • Familiarity with Adobe Substance/Dimension is a plus
  • Strong portfolio showcasing excellence in design thinking, typography, composition, illustration, photography, and presentation skills. Experience in UI design for eComm is a plus.
  • Comfortable working across macOS and Windows; proficient in InDesign, Keynote, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
