Yondr is a developer, owner operator and service provider of hyperscale data centers. Our mission is to meet growing businesses' data center capacity and technical real estate needs faster, more elegantly and with better performance outcomes than anyone else. As an organization, we self-fund, design, deliver and operate hyperscale data center facilities globally.
The role
You will be expected to head up the Design Management function and ensure consistency in the service provided across the division promoting best practices and continuous improvement with clear, appropriate and timely feedback on the performance of design management.
To fully assist in the sales and marketing effort to include the preparation of pre-qualification, bid and tender document returns as well as attending project interviews as Yondr’s design specialist. To deliver a quality service and product to our Clients in line with the project goals by working with the professional team and applying Yondr’s systems, procedures and culture and in particular managing the review of the quality and completeness of the design to ascertain its ability to be built in accordance with both the cost plan, schedule and site Health & Safety requirements.
