AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Design Manager to lead multi-disciplinary design standards for a major revitalization program in Canada. You will coordinate with the main contractor, manage pre-construction planning, design development, and permits, and act as the client interface across project phases.
Responsibilities include design consultancy management, coordinating reviews with airlines and authorities, and delivering technical guidance.
The Design Manager, T1/T3 Revitalization role will be hired under the Engineering Management Centre of Excellence group within the Engineering Management Technical Professional Organization (TPO) of Engineering Services Canada. The Design Manager, Gateway Program role will play a support role in the delivery of Engineering Services on a large project.
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the candidate will lead and coordinate the implementation of multidisciplinary design standards and works collaboratively with the main contractor. Responsibilities include oversight of pre-construction phase services, client interface at multiple levels, design consultancy management, facilitating design reviews, external stakeholder management, and technical assistance.

Expected compensation for this role is between $125,000 - 160,000 CAD annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
