Job summary

Croesus is seeking a Design Lead in Laval to own user experience quality across our wealth management platform suite. You will lead designers and researchers, set cross-product design standards, and mentor the team while elevating how design enables speed, clarity, and trust in advisor workflows.

You will define design vision, ensure measurable outcomes, and push for AI-driven, user-controlled experiences that integrate with engineering and product teams. Fluency in French is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing complex product design work.
• Experience leading design and research teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the design team, defining design vision and AI standards.
• Own research and customer insights to inform product decisions.
• Define and evolve a scalable design system used across engineering teams.
• Mentor designers and researchers and collaborate with product and engineering leaders.
