Bruce Mau Design is looking for a Design Director. Someone who is equal parts visionary and team player— who can lead bold, multidisciplinary design work for our global clients while inspiring those around them.

You’ll work closely with strategists, writers, and account leads to turn smart brand strategies into stunning, cohesive design experiences—from identity systems to digital products to spatial design.

This isn’t just about making things look good. It’s about shaping brands with meaning, mentoring a talented team, and pushing the boundaries of what design can do.

This is a full-time position in a hybrid work environment. We come together in studio on Tuesdays & Thursdays - it is important to our studio ethos to have in-person collaboration and mentorship.

The salary for this role will be in the CAD$90K-110K range. We offer unlimited PTO, week long studio closures for both Summer Solstice and Winter Holiday, and 100% employer paid comprehensive group insurance benefits.
