Design Director Responsibilities :

• Prepare, implement, maintain, and enforce all design aspects.
• Coordinate all designs produced by the design team through all project stages.
• Work with the client’s representative or delegates to prioritize review of submittals.
• Ensure the design meets contractual and project requirements.

We seek candidates with :

• At least 15 years of experience in design management, with a proven record.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience managing large tunnel projects.
• Experience with collaborative contracting regimes such as progressive design-build, alliance, or integrated project delivery.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary tunneling designs.
• Professional Engineer license in Civil Engineering.
