Design Director Wanted: Hands-On Creativity Meets Bold Strategic Vision!

Salary range: $200,000 to $250,000 base per year, plus bonus!

What’s it going to take to score an interview?

• You’re a strategic powerhouse and a total pro when it comes to trust-building with clients: You inspire confidence and push creative boundaries with clients from all backgrounds, guiding them through impactful branding and digital marketing strategies.
• You excel at branding strategy and 360 marketing (duh): You’re highly entrepreneurial, curious, and excited about building new brand identities and transforming established ones. Developing design systems and visual languages is your jam. Plus, you have an understanding of communications planning (social and experiential is also nice to have, but branding comes first).
• You hail from a strong design background (this is a must): You’re someone with a visual arts pedigree who’s moved up the design ranks and paid their dues on the branding/digital agency side.
• You thrive on developing teams of top-notch talent: You elevate the creative work of your agency by mentoring sharp, ambitious pros – both in-house and freelance talent brought on for special projects.
• You consistently deliver design excellence and expertise: You’ll come into this role and shape the mission, vision, and voice of these challenger brands while ensuring every deliverable is best-in-class.
• You have a hands-on leadership style + growth mindset: You believe in leading by example and have a strong desire to teach, coach, and mentor while growing both internal teams and the clients you’re leading.
