We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as a Design Consultant.

THE DETAILS:

You’ll be joining our Vancouver team at 2536 Granville St, Vancouver, BC V6H 3G4, in a full-time capacity.

1. Your days will be spent helping clients bring their dream spaces to life: actively listening to identify their needs and guiding them through their product selections accordingly and communicating company loyalty services where applicable.
2. You’ll develop rapport with your clients, scheduling and attending in-home, virtual, and in-store consults according to their preference.
3. You’ll provide individualized design solutions using tools like 2D and 3D floor plans and mood boards.
4. You’ll maintain company standards regarding personal and store sales/performance targets and be responsible for tracking any orders through to completion.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

1. Experience selling in a retail environment, including commission-based sales with the ability to continuously meet selling objectives.
2. Proficiency in retail operations and systems (POS, Microsoft Office).
3. A creative brain and great design instincts. A formal education is considered an asset.
4. The ability to self-motivate, organize, and be persuasive in their communication style.
