EQ3 in Vancouver, BC is hiring a Design Consultant to join our team in a full-time, commission-based role at 3355 Grandview Highway. You’ll combine sales, customer experience, and design to help clients create spaces that reflect their lives and build your client relationships.

Your sales experience matters more than design experience; we’ll train you on our products and collections. Expect an earning potential of $65,000–$75,000+ yearly with 100% commission.

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Full-Time | Vancouver, BC | 100% Commission – 7% of Written Sales | Expected Annual Earnings: $65,000–$75,000+

Do you love sales, design, and building relationships with customers?

At EQ3, the Design Consultant role combines sales, customer experience, and design. You’ll help customers create spaces that reflect how they live while building your own client relationships and earning potential.

Your sales experience matters more than your design experience. You don’t need to be an interior designer or have furniture industry experience to succeed with us. If you know how to sell, build trust with customers, and are motivated by results, we’ll help you develop your knowledge of our products, materials, and collections.

You’ll join our Vancouver team at 3355 Grandview Highway in a full-time position.

What You’ll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them throughout their buying experience

Experience in furniture or interior design is an asset, but it is not required. Your sales experience may come from retail, fashion, automotive, telecommunications, hospitality, luxury goods, or another customer-focused sales environment.
