EQ3 seeks a Design Consultant in Quebec City to help customers choose furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget. This full-time role offers hourly pay plus 3% commission on written sales and a strong earning potential annually.

You’ll join a team focused on relationships, product knowledge, and delivering an exceptional customer experience, with opportunities for professional development within EQ3.

DESIGN CONSULTANT

Full-Time | Quebec City | $18–$22/hour + 3% Commission on Written Sales | Earning Potential: $45,000–$55,000+ per year

You’ll be joining our Quebec City team at 1450 Bd Lebourgneuf, Québec, QC G2K 2M4, in a full-time capacity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Design Consultant, you’ll help customers select furniture and accessories that fit their space, lifestyle, and budget.

You’ll develop your own sales opportunities, build lasting customer relationships, and take ownership of achieving your individual sales goals.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome customers and understand their needs
• Recommend furniture solutions that complement their space, lifestyle, and personal style
• Present and sell products across our upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories collections
• Turn customer conversations and opportunities into sales
• Follow up with customers and build long‑term relationships
• Develop your client base and generate new sales opportunities
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
• Build strong knowledge of EQ3 products, materials, and options
• Collaborate with your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You could be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in retail sales, consultative sales, or commission‑based sales

Experience in furniture or interior design is an asset, but it is not required.

Sales experience in furniture, home décor, appliances, automotive, jewelry, premium fashion, kitchens, flooring, or other specialized retail environments may be particularly relevant.
