We are seeking a motivated and talented Co-op student with strong active learning skills to join our Toronto design team for the Fall semester.

Our award-winning Toronto studio is engaged in a variety of exciting projects in Transit, Healthcare, Education, and Science. You will benefit from the mentorship of our experts in mass timber, sustainability, and computational design. We will support you in fulfilling your internship program requirements and achieving your learning goals. Our team is committed to creating a meaningful internship experience for the qualified candidate.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Co-op student, you will work with design leads and project architects on tasks that may encompass all phases of design, from concept to construction. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the production of design and construction drawings.
  • Producing diagrams, renderings, and walkthroughs.
  • Coordinating with structural, mechanical, and electrical teams.
  • Collaborating with large teams and working independently under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Attending site visits and both internal and external meetings.
  • Participating in office culture and design events.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Excellent graphic, rendering, and visual story-telling skills
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Software and Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Rhino, V-Ray, Grasshopper and SketchUp
  • Knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
Required Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program
  • Must possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills
  • An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
