A Läderach Deputy (Assistant) Store Manager assists in supervising employees, exemplifies excellent customer service, and leads training. The ideal Deputy Manager is a chocolate enthusiast with proven experience in retail management and staff supervision. This role supports the Store Manager in meeting store goals and supervising daily operations.

GENERAL DUTIES

  • Lead an outstanding in-store customer experience and motivate staff to deliver top-notch care
  • Assist in overseeing product sales, register duties, shop and shelf care, gift packaging, and order fulfillment
  • Ensure proper product merchandising and food safety protocols
  • Help schedule staff shifts and coordinate store meetings and events
  • Support the Store Manager in managing inventory and store merchandising
  • Contribute to in-store compliance and loss prevention efforts
  • Communicate corporate values to customers and employees
  • Manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Store Manager
