This is a unique entrepreneurial opportunity to help build something from the ground up. We require a commitment of at least 20 hours per week. If you are a doer, builder, creator, thinker, problem solver, engineer, or visionary eager to design the future, this role is for you.

We are creating everything anew—systems, templates, tools, frameworks, and laws. This is a call for entrepreneurs and creators of the future, ready to build without instructions, shaping the legal landscape from scratch.

We are hiring multiple Deputy General Counsels for our global operations, focusing on Employment, Labor, and Contracts law in jurisdictions including Canada, the U.S., Cayman Islands, Ireland, Japan, and Dubai. Your role will involve developing legal frameworks, drafting contracts, advising on compliance, and supporting our global workforce policies.

Compensation is through equity ownership, origination value, and revenue-linked upside, emphasizing entrepreneurial spirit and contribution to the firm's growth. This is more than a job—it's a chance to create a meaningful future in entertainment and innovation.
