Your impact

  • Deputizes for the Construction Manager as required to support oversight and coordination of construction activities.
  • Assist Construction Manager in managing the owner’s oversight activities related to construction coordination and inspection.
  • Collaborate with the contractor’s construction management team to coordinate project delivery.
  • Support design management to ensure suitability for procurement and construction.
  • Oversee contractor’s construction activities to verify adherence to program specifications.
  • Assist in managing, monitoring, and reporting construction progress and schedule.
  • Support the commercial process, including contractor’s payment applications and invoicing.
  • Oversee post-construction processes to facilitate handover and conduct warranty reviews.
  • Perform claims review and recommend resolution steps.

Qualifications

  • Typically, a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in construction management.
  • At least 5 years of experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
  • Minimum 5 years of on-site experience in highly regulated, complex operational environments.
  • Strong technical skills across all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in reporting to support effective decision-making.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including facilitating meetings and workshops.
  • A recognized degree and professional designation in a relevant field are considered assets.

Salary Range : CA$107,700.00 - CA$162,910.00
