Qualifications

• A post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance or related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible senior leadership experience including executive responsibility for one or more corporate service functions.
• Experience leading complex portfolios such as financial services, information technology, strategy and organizational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic oversight across Financial Services, IT Services, and Strategy, Innovation and Customer Experience.
• Lead and direct senior leaders including CFO, CIO and Chief of Staff to ensure integrated corporate services.
• Guide long-term financial sustainability, including planning, budgeting, reporting, and asset management.
• Champion modernization and transformation to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Present reports, recommendations and strategic advice to Council and senior leaders.
