Job summary

Une entreprise spécialisée dans les services analytiques recrute un soutien au dépôt à temps partiel. Le candidat travaillera en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de gestion de dépôt pour collecter des échantillons, interagir avec les clients et accomplir diverses tâches administratives sur une durée de 2 à 6 heures. Competences en communication, permis de conduire valide, et compréhension des logiciels informatiques sont essentiels pour ce rôle.

Qualifications

• Doit avoir un permis de conduire valide en Ontario.
• Compréhension des applications informatiques et des logiciels.
• Capacité à soulever des glacières de 40 lb.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Working closely with the Depot supervisor, projects managers and sales team to efficiently and quickly
• collect client samples and deliver to the Eurofins and Experchem Depots located at North York.
• Supporting the depot supervisor with bottle orders, client interactions, logging in samples using the
• companies LIMS system.
• Serving walk-in clients at reception
• Closing and opening Depot when required.
• Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessary
• Various administrative duties (filing, faxing, mailing) as required
• Other related duties as assigned
• Part time hours 2pm to 6pm, Mon to Fri

Qualifications

• Must hold current clean Ontario driving license
• Good understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint,etc.)
• Able to lift 40lb coolers
• Good communication skills, work effectively and efficiently
• LIMS experience considered an asset
• Knowledge of environmental samples considered an asset
• Self-starter, ambitious and energetic
• Lab experience considered an asset
