Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire associates to build relationships with customers, peers, and team members to deliver exceptional service and drive sales.
  • Manage department staffing to meet business demands.
  • Oversee associate performance through development, feedback, rewards, and recognition.
  • Analyze sales reports and collaborate with the assistant manager to improve inventory, organization, and merchandising.
  • Ensure department stock levels and organization plans are maintained.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Communicate sales, events, and promotional activities via rallies and meetings.
