Princess Auto - Department Supervisor (Team Leader Trainee)

Position Overview

As a Department Supervisor (Team Leader Trainee), you will help create a fun, safe, and unique shopping experience for our customers, known as Royal Service. Your day-to-day responsibilities include leading Team Members to achieve store goals, responding to customer and Team Member inquiries with product knowledge, supporting on-the-job training and development, maintaining a safe and respectful work environment, and managing loss prevention.
