Job summary

Sporting Life in Canada is seeking a store leader to blend a passion for footwear with strong operational expertise, delivering a standout retail experience. You’ll set the tone as a role model for outstanding customer service and coach your team to be product and trend experts, while managing scheduling, inventory, and merchandising to keep the department sharp.

You’ll lead by example as Manager on Duty, drive KPIs, and ensure health and safety standards.

What You’ll Do;

As a leader on our shop floor, you’ll combine your love for footwear and operational expertise to create a standout retail experience. You’ll set the tone as a role model for outstanding customer service, fostering a fun, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.

While partnering with your assistant manager to achieve sales targets, manage team KPIs, and maximize profitability, you’ll coach your team to be product and trend experts, ensuring they’re equipped to guide customers to their ideal footwear. You’ll manage scheduling, inventory, and merchandising to keep your department running smoothly and looking sharp.
