Job description :

As a member of management, you will act as a leader by inspiring and guiding your team to meet the store’s objectives. You will ensure that all tasks are performed efficiently, allowing your employees to serve customers effectively.

In this position, you will work alongside other management team members. Your days will be active and engaging, with responsibilities including:

  • Hiring and onboarding new employees in collaboration with the Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager
  • Building strong relationships with your employees focused on their success
  • Motivating, empowering, coaching, and encouraging employee performance to optimize team results
  • Developing a positive sales culture and enhancing the customer experience in your department
  • Achieving department objectives, ensuring standards are met, and reinforcing policies and procedures
