Job description:

As a member of management, you will act as a leader by inspiring and guiding your team to meet the store’s objectives. You will ensure that operations are efficient, allowing your employees to serve customers effectively and without unnecessary concerns.

In this position, you will be actively engaged. You will work alongside other management team members. Your responsibilities will include:

• Hiring and onboarding new employees in collaboration with the Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager
• Building strong, supportive relationships with your employees focused on their success
• Mobilizing, empowering, coaching, and encouraging employee performance to maximize team potential
• Developing the sales culture and enhancing the customer experience within your department
• Achieving department objectives, ensuring standards are met, and policies and procedures are followed
