Department of Medicine : Hospitalist Rounder (Multiple Vacancies)

• Provides direct supervision to the Director of Social Services and Director of Security/Operations.
• Ability to provide leadership and team management to staff.
• Ability to balance competing priorities and make independent judgments and decisions.
• Ability to work in a professional, confidential, and collaborative capacity sensitive to cultural, religious, racial, disability, and gender issues.
• Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality, contract management, and program administration regulations.
• Knowledge of operations management procedures and practices.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences field with three years of experience, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.) with at least three years of post-MSW supervised experience in mental health diagnosis.
• Commitment to the mission of H.O.G.A.R., Inc.

Required time on Project:

• 1 FTE Project Director
• 35 hours weekly (may include Saturday and Sunday).
