Job summary

Kent Building Supplies in Fredericton is hiring an Overnight Freight Flow Department Manager to lead the freight team and ensure a ready sales floor each morning. You’ll coach associates, manage safety and merchandising standards, and coordinate unloading, sorting, and stocking during the overnight shift.

The role requires strong communication, a focus on continuous improvement, and the ability to work full-time overnights from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday, at our Fredericton South
