Job summary

416 Dentistry in Scarborough, Toronto is seeking a full‑time Treatment Coordinator / Dental Office Administrator to guide patients from first contact through treatment acceptance and scheduling. You’ll work with dentists to present plans, explain Invisalign and implants, discuss insurance and payments, and coordinate complex cases with care and empathy.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of dental office experience.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatment and insurance protocols.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, polished and patient-centered approach.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive within a positive, high-performing team.
• Genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute ideas.
• Experience with Open Dental is an asset.
• CDA or RDH background is a valuable asset.
• Chinese or Tagalog language skills are an asset.

As our Full‑Time Treatment Coordinator / Dental Office Administrator, you’ll play a central role in the patient journey, from the first conversation through treatment acceptance, scheduling and follow-up.

You’ll work closely with our dentists and clinical team to:

• Guide patients through comprehensive treatment plans
• Educate patients about procedures including Invisalign, dental implants, restorative dentistry and hard/soft tissue grafting
• Discuss treatment investments, insurance benefits and payment options
• Coordinate complex and multidisciplinary treatment
• Follow up with patients and help them confidently take the next step in their care
• Deliver an exceptional patient experience at every interaction
• Help maintain a productive, organized and efficient schedule
• Collaborate with our team to continually elevate the way we care for our patients

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’d love to meet someone who has:

• 2+ years of dental office experience
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, treatment and insurance protocols
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• A warm, polished and patient‑centered approach
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to thrive within a positive, high‑performing team
• A genuine desire to learn, grow and contribute ideas
• Experience with Open Dental is an asset.
• A clinical background such as CDA or RDH is also a valuable asset.
• Chinese or Tagalog speaking is an asset.
