POSITION TYPE: Dental – Lab

JOB TYPE: Full-time

General Responsibilities:

1. Replaces partial or total loss of natural teeth by constructing partial or full dentures (metal and non-metal)
2. Completes implantology procedures by fabricating prostheses to fit implants the dentist places directly into the patient's jawbone (experience desirable, but not required)
3. Fabricating full and partial dentures, including, but not limited to, setting teeth, waxing, bending wire, finishing and processing.
4. Relines, repairs, occlusal rims and custom trays.
5. Documents actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
6. Must be willing to cross-train in all areas of the lab.
7. Comfortable working in a team environment to complete cases.

Qualifications:

1. Certification as a Registered Dental Technician or equivalent education is a plus, or licensed denturist.
2. 5 years of experience in dental technology, CAD design experience a plus.
3. Experience with managing/supervising a team.
4. Must possess proficient English skills, both written and verbal.
5. Must possess effective oral communication and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel in a professional and effective manner.
6. Same-day denture experience is a bonus, but not required
