We are seeking a skilled Dental Technician with experience in removable prosthetics to join our team. This role involves crafting high-quality dental restorations, including dentures, to help improve both aesthetics and functionality for patients. You will work closely with dental professionals to create customized solutions that restore missing teeth and enhance smiles.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Fabricate full and partial dentures (both metal and non-metal) to restore natural teeth.
  • Construct prostheses for implant cases , ensuring they properly fit implants placed by dentists.
  • Perform various denture fabrication tasks , including setting teeth, waxing, bending wire, finishing, and processing.
  • Handle relines, repairs, occlusal rims, and custom tray fabrication as needed.
  • Accurately document case details by completing forms, reports, logs, and records .
  • Participate in cross-training across different areas of the lab to enhance workflow flexibility.
  • Ensure that all final restorations and appliances meet the labs quality control standards .

Qualifications & Skills :

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in dental technology, specifically in removable prosthetics.
  • Experience with CAD design is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment .
  • Same-day denture experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
