We are seeking an experienced and driven Dental Administrator to join us as a Dental Practice Lead.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

The wage range is from $30 to $35 per hour, based on experience and discussed during the interview.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, providing coaching and training for administrative tasks
  • Greet and assist patients, ensuring a positive experience
  • Optimize appointment scheduling to ensure full daily utilization
  • Manage insurance claims and accounts receivable
  • Handle patient calls, inquiries, confirmations, and cancellations; manage patient recall to maintain a full schedule
  • Process referral letters and patient correspondence; manage and file patient records
About You:
  • 3-5 years of administrative experience
  • At least 1 year of leadership experience in any industry
  • Clinical background and experience with Dentrix software are assets
