The team at Normanview Dental Clinic located in Regina, SK are looking for a passionate, dedicated and hard-working Office Manager on a full-time basis.

The ideal candidate for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize patient experience, improve the flow of patients into the practice, and create working harmonies between the front desk team and dental professional team.

Normanview Dental is conveniently located at Normanview Crossing in North-West Regina. We have been serving our surrounding community since 1982 and have recently undergone a state-of-the-art renovation at our clinic. We have four dentists that offer an array of dental services with the primary focus being on oral health care therefore having firsthand opportunity to work with our dental professional team.

At our dental clinic, we are dedicated to providing top-notch dental care to our patients. We offer a wide array of family and cosmetic dental services, and we use the latest technology and techniques to provide the best possible care.

SCHEDULE:
  1. 34-40 hours per week – NO Evenings or Weekends!
  2. Monday to Friday
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
  1. Minimum of 1-2 years of dental office management experience or 5+ years of administration experience
  2. Familiarity with dental practice management software such as Dentrix is an asset
  3. Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  6. Knowledge of dental terminology an asset
  7. Demonstrates a personable, professional attitude along with being a team player
  8. Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
  9. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
  10. Excellent customer service and mindset
