Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist or Certified Dental Assistant looking for a change? If you have ever considered making the transition to a Manager position, look no further. We are looking to add a strong leader to our clinic. Having clinical knowledge is an asset and we can help you learn and excel into the managerial role.

The ideal Office Manager for our team would be excited to develop and implement innovative methods to optimize our patient experiences, improve the flow of patients into the practice, and maintain the working harmonies between the administrative and clinical teams.

SCHEDULE:

• 32-40 hours

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• 5 years of experience in dental administration or dental management
• CDA experience is considered an asset, willing to train the right candidate
• Experience with Power Practice is considered an asset
• Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook)
• Strong written and communication skills when speaking with patients and dental providers
• Strong knowledge of medical and dental terminology and processes
• Experience maintaining a professional level of patient privacy
• Demonstrated experience managing budgets, and other financial transactions
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
