Location: Vanier, Ottawa

Hours: Tuesday 8:00am-4:00pm, Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm

About the Role:

Located in the vibrant community of Vanier, Ottawa, Connexion Dental is a modern dental clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional oral healthcare. With seven state-of-the-art dental operatories, our clinic offers a comprehensive range of services. Responsibilities:
  • Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments
  • Treatment coordination and scheduling
  • Preparing and sending pre-determinations
  • Following up on outstanding treatments
  • Confirming upcoming appointments
  • Billing, invoicing, taking payments, and end-of-day balancing
  • Opening and closing duties, including POS system management and ensuring end-of-day processes are complete
  • Performing additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • Previous dental administration experience in a multi-provider setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, organized, and reliable
  • Experience with dental office software such as AbelDent is an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
