Hours: Tuesday 8:00am-4:00pm Thursday 8:00am-4:00pm

About the Role:

Located in the vibrant community of Vanier, Ottawa, Connexion Dental is a modern dental clinic dedicated to delivering exceptional oral healthcare. With seven state-of-the-art dental operatories, our clinic offers a comprehensive range of services. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records and appointments
  • Treatment coordination and scheduling
  • Preparing and sending pre-determinations
  • Following up on outstanding treatment
  • Confirming upcoming appointments
  • Billing, invoicing, taking payments, end of day balance
  • Opening/closing duties, including POS system and ensuring end of day processes are complete
  • Additional duties, as required.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate enjoys a fast-paced environment and has previous dental administration experience in a multi-provider setting
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Attention to detail, organized and reliable
  • Bilingual in French/English is an asset
