Overview

Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed sales goals in an assigned region through effective selling and marketing of company products to existing and potential new customers within organizational policies.
  • Drive new leads, develop a strong sales pipeline, and implement strategies to increase short- and long-term market penetration through engagement with the local DTM regional team.
  • Follow up phone calls and / or Teams support with doctors and labs.
  • Co-travel with local DTMs to drive opportunities in the region.
  • Conduct product demonstrations in the region – live or virtual.
  • Execute digital events and plan sales activity based on a defined sales process to meet monthly / annual goals.
  • Coach DTMs on digital solutions workflows and qualify digital leads from DTMs.
  • Support regional DTMs with quoting large digital solutions bundle proposals.
  • Lead regional team meetings and business discussions to advance DTM knowledge on positioning with clinicians and laboratories.
  • Collaborate with Area Digital Business Development Managers to develop regional strategies.
  • Support the implementation of Digital Plans in the Field; product launches, key projects, product tests, etc., serving as the local expert to DTMs and customers.
  • Implement digital Lab Services strategic projects in the Field in close collaboration with Area BDMs; analyze customer digital needs and opportunities and plan ways to increase business flow.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key influential thought leaders to expand market share.
  • Stay informed on company policies, new technologies, products, competitive activity, and other general information as necessary.
  • Manage assigned geographic territory within allocated expense budget.
  • Work closely with the RSD, providing priorities, timetables, and resource management in relation to the business.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and unit projections and input to annual sales forecast.
  • Engage in general CRM activities using Straumann Group SAP CRM to plan and measure activities with customers and prospects; log quality activities for reporting and strategy.
  • Apply advanced sales knowledge to handle complex situations or accounts where standard methods may not apply.
  • Attend trade shows and dental conferences; travel within the region, including evenings and weekends.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree OR 5+ years’ experience in a digital technology-focused role OR dental experience.
  • 3+ years’ experience selling Digital Solutions to dentists and lab owners.
  • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record; maintaining auto insurance coverage.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills : PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and CRM tools used to communicate with customers.
  • Proficient in CAD and planning software operation.
  • Fluent in digital workflows like IOS, 3D printing, and CAD / CAM milling.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
